Our Story
Alberta Property Management Services (APMS Inc.) was incorporated in 2004, as a development and property management company out of Lethbridge, Alberta. We have since undertaken a number of commercial and residential construction projects, landscaping, roadway developments, and property maintenance programs.
Staff Model
APMS Inc. uses a dynamic staffing model and the number of employees varied from 3 to 10 depending on the project we undertake and time of year. During construction management projects ranging from $10,000 – $5 million, we have overseen up to 30 workers and subcontractors.
